Community Care Specialist

Facebook is seeking smart, dedicated professionals for a contract position on our Product Operations team. You will work on a product support team focused on routing issues and interacting with our community to answer product questions and assist in troubleshooting product issues to deliver a superior product experience.

• Proficient in desktop applications and able to quickly learn proprietary software

• Strong writing skills, including complete command of English grammar and mechanics

• Demonstrate leadership through proactively providing operational feedback to deliver efficiency gains

• Effectively share knowledge and learnings with team

• Previous unconventional customer service experience a plus

 

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of work experience
