We’re hiring a Talent Sourcer for our expanding TLV site, which is an important hub of innovation and technology development. As a Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting the best talent in the market using advanced sourcing techniques. As this site continues to grow we now have a need to build a talent network and nurture long term relationships . You will be focused on identifying talent for our Global Marketing Solutions business which includes Client Partners, Marketing, Measurement and Creative skills.
You will be part of an international sourcing team focused on identifying, attracting and building ongoing relationships with the most talented people in your market.
Partner with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements of each role, the function and how it fits into the organization
Develop creative ways to build talent networks and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
Regularly engage with talent network and connect to career opportunities in facebook
Drive Continual improvements in candidate sourcing
Be the market expert on local talent

Background and Experience
3+ years sourcing experience with a Tech Recruitment Agency or in-house recruiting team
Passionate about Facebook product and able to speak to our technology/industry
Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit
Passionate about candidate experience
Passionate about building a diverse workforce
Excellent research/sourcing skills with ability to dive deep into searches
Sharp interview skills with ability to evaluate experience and fit for facebook values
Solid industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant Digital Marketing skills, target companies, conferences and meet ups.
Strong communicator and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
Must be fluent in both English and Hebrew
