Research Participant Coordinator

Come join a diverse and collaborative research team and help us make Facebook the best social platform for our one billion+ users. You will be working with the Global Research Operations team and responsible for scheduling participants for research studies and guiding them through the research process. Studies you will work on include onsite visits to our Menlo Park, CA campus, remote studies via the web, and offsite studies in the U.S. and abroad. The coordinator will work closely with participant recruiters to make sure all specifications are being met, and all participants are being properly documented. All work will happen from Menlo Park. Travel is not required. This is a contract position.

Schedule participants for research sessions
Communicate with candidates about logistical details and guiding them through the research process
Ensure compensation is delivered
Handle NDA collection
Track and log participants in a centralized database
Work collaboratively with participant recruiting, research program managers and research teams
Thrive in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment

Extensive experience with scheduling and calendar management tools
Experience with using online collaborative document/spreadsheet tools
Commitment to excellent customer service
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments
Flexible and able to quickly react to last minute changes
Be proactive, self-directed and take direction
Understand how to assimilate in a new group with a proven record of solid connections and successful relationships
Demonstrated work ethic
Organized and detail-oriented
Passionate about Facebook

B.S. or B.A. preferred
